The Transformers, Issue 1: Mask of Vengeance, Chapter One

   Since I don't have any (finished) Transformers stories, I've decided to post scripts of the comics I've made, interchanging them with chapters of my Star Wars stories. I won't be starting from the beginning; some of them aren't that great. Instead, I'll be staring with my favorite finished series and then do the ones before that (they don't really have any continuity with this one).

   Also, as a note, this comic series is heavily based on Generation One with some inclusions of characters from other series.

MASK OF VENGENACE

BATTLE OF CYBERTRON, PART 1

(Opens up in space, with an Autobot ship heading for a ravaged Cybertron)

???: Moonbase One is under heavy fire! We need back- *static*

Jetfire (from the ship: This is Jetfire, reporting.

(On the Autobot ship, Jetfire speaks to a team of Autobots)

Jetfire: All right, everyone load up! Wreckers, you take care of the 'cons base in Kaon. Grimlock, you lead the Dinobots to Moonbase Two. Perceptor, you lead Blaster and the Minibots to Darkmount. Everyone else, with me to Moonbase One.

(The Wreckers' ship (possibly the Xantium) breaks away from Jetfire's)

Unidentified Wrecker: Wreck and Rule!

(At the Decepticon's base in Kaon)

Scorponok (speaking to Straxus): I don't care, Straxus! I want that weapons done today!

Straxus (on a video screen): But if we use it now, it'll be unstable!

Scorponok: I don't care! Get it ready now!

Sound effects (SFX): Bam!

Scorponok: Bomb-Burst, Mindwipe, take care of them!

(Outside, the Wreckers gather before Scorponok's base)

Impactor: Come on out, Scorponok! My troops are itching for a fight!

(Back inside)

Impactor (through the door): Come on out!

(The door blasts open as Bomb-Burst and Mindwipe attack, hitting Impactor)

SFX: BLAM!

Impactor: Agh!

Sandstorm?: Impactor!

Bomb-Burst: You want a fight, eh? I'm more than happy to oblige!

(Meanwhile, Perceptor, Warpath, Cosmos, Powerglide, and Beachcomber approach Darkmount)

??? (voice-over): I see Straxus' base up ahead!

Perceptor: You know the plan, Warpath?

Warpath: You bet the Matrix, I do.

(Warpath transforms and fires at the Decepticon fortress)

SFX: BLAM!

(Warpath scores a direct hit and blasts an opening)

Straxus: What the-? Thrust, Dirge, give them what they deserve!

(The two conehead Seekers transform and take off. Back outside, Powerglide sees them approaching)

Powerglide: I think they're angry.

(He transforms into jet mode)

Powerglide: Maybe a little spin will cheer them up!

SFX: Fwoosh!

(Powerglide flies past the Seekers, causing them to spin out of control)

Thrust or Dirge: What in the world-?

(Powerglide flips back around and begins firing. Dirge transforms)

Dirge: Death comes to those who threaten m-

(Powerglide hits Dirge, sending the Seeker flying)

Thrust: Seekers!

(Skywarp teleports into the scene. Guess Starscream and Thundercracker didn't want to come.)

Thrust: Attack!

(The Seekers begin firing at Powerglide)

Powerglide: Uh-oh....

(Meanwhile, at Moonbase One, Jetfire flies over the ravage battlefield)

Blades (via communicator): Are we too late, Jetfire?

Jetfire: I don't know, Blades.

(Jetfire transforms and lands)

Jetfire: Outback? Swerve? Anyone?

(Blades runs up to an injured Swerve)

Blades: Jetfire, I've found Swerve!

Jetfire (to Swerve): Where are the others?

Swerve: Pipes and Tailgate are fine....

(Outback emerges from rubble)

Jetfire: Outback?

Outback: I'm fine.

Jetfire: All right. First Aid, see to Swerve and Outback. Blades, Hot Spot, you're with me.

(Jetfire and the two Protectobots transform)

Jetfire: Let's go!

(Back at Kaon, the Wreckers continue to fight against Scorponok's forces)

Impactor: Springer, Sandstorm! Aerial attack!

(Springer and Sandstorm fire at two Seekers; the former scores a direct hit)

Seeker: Sheagh!

(Soon, the Wreckers break into Scorponok's base)

SFX: BOOM!

Impactor (aiming his weapon at Scorponok): Surrender. Now.

Scorponok: With pleasure....

(Scorponok transforms, with his men doing the same)

Scorponok: Decepticons, attack!

(At Moonbase One)

Jetfire (over communicator): Impactor? Come in!

(Back at Kaon, Scorponok's claw looms over a frightened Impactor)

Jetfire (voice over): Impactor!
